Abandoned and derelict buildings in Haslingden Grane in East Lancashire. The agricultural crisis of the 1880s led to farmers abandoning their farms and houses throughout the region, but in the Grane valley this resulted in an almost complete exodus. Now all that remains are ruins of old buildings and the reservoirs that were created by flooding parts of the valley. |
