DCP1013 
 Remains of Cockersands Abbey Chapter House (a grade 1 listed bulding). The 13th century chapter house is the remains of a Premonstratensian Abbey. The abbey was closed by Henry VIII as part of the dissolution of the monasteries. It was used in the 19th century as a mausoleum by the Dalton family of Thurnham Hall.
