DCP0815 Construction work on the new sea wall at Blackpool. The 62 million pound project is the biggest civil engineering project to be undertaken in Blackpool. The four year project is funded by DEFRA and will see the construction of a stepped wall between the Sandcastle and North Pier a distance of 1.9 miles.
